"The giver of every good and perfect gift has called upon us to mimic God’s giving, by grace."

Nicholas of Myra, 4th c.

JOIN US AS WE CELEBRATE…

The Feast Day of St. Nicholas on Sunday, December 1st from 3:00-5:00pm at The Hive! We will be singing carols, enjoying cookies and hot chocolate and adult beverages, and, most importantly, meeting the saint himself, St. Nick, as he comes to spend time with us and share his story.

Invite your friends and family to come and kick of the holiday season with us! Grab a drink or food from the Hive, and celebrate the Feast Day of St. Nicholas with us. There will be fun activities for kids and families, including facepainting!

NEW LOCATION: THE HIVE

10542 Menchaca Rd in South Austin

We are excited to partner with The Hive for this year’s St. Nick’s Party! The Hive is “a place where families can gather, unwind, and create cherished memories. The perfect blend of a family-friendly bar and an enchanting playground.” This will be the perfect environment for us to celebrate together with festive drinks and safe spaces for kids to play.

Support the work of BookSpring

As a way to celebrate St. Nicholas and his heart for giving gifts, we invite you to support the work of BookSpring, an organization here in Austin working to build early literacy in children and families through healthcare, education, and the community. This year we are collecting and donating new or gently used children’s books to BookSpring for their literacy program! If you have gently used picture books, kids book, or teen fiction books that you can part with, bring them to the event, and we will pass them along to BookSpring. If you don’t have books but would still like to contribute, you can easily make a donation to their important work!

Then Join Us for Christmas Eve

Then, come back and join us for our Christmas Eve services on December 24 at 4:00pm as we celebrate the Nativity of our Lord Jesus Christ—that “night of our dear Savior’s birth”—as we sing traditional Christmas carols and raise our candles to remember the mystery of the Incarnation. Our church meets at 6215 Menchaca Rd inside Eden Park Academy.

“Love came down at Christmas,
Love all lovely, Love Divine,
Love was born at Christmas,
Star and Angels gave the sign.”
― Christina Rossetti, 19th c.
